Breakfast at Hotel Joaquin is centered on unique, healthy options packed with flavor to get your day started while breathing in salt air and views of the Pacific Ocean.
Chef Leo created our lunch menu to sustain you through an active day on the beach, biking or hiking thru the Laguna Hills and tide you over until Dinner. This meal is centered on wholesome salads, sandwiches and sharables. Remember, we also have picnic dining available to take with you to the beach!

Complementing our culinary program, The Bar at Saline uses all fresh ingredients with a nod to Middle Eastern spices and flavors. Fun and eclectic spirits make for an experimental journey while taking in the sunset or paired with any of Chef Leo’s dishes. Be sure to enjoy one of our house spritzes by the pool or enjoy a few of our low alcohol cocktails so that you can still imbibe, but wake up in the morning ready to take on the day.
