Our Petite Resort Is Your Canvas
Hotel Joaquin seamlessly accommodates events, with our transporting property as your setting and endless sea and sky your backdrop. We have hosted wellness brands, swimwear lines, skincare, cosmetics, liquor and cocktail companies, and more. A renowned furnishings company has even transformed Hotel Joaquin—public spaces and guestrooms included—into a living showroom for its furniture and accessories. A two-night takeover allows 45 guests to stay and immerse themselves in your line, with a maximum of 45 attendees on the property at one time. Our creative resort staff will work with you to make your most inventive ideas a reality so visitors, influencers and media guests can walk right into the world of your brand. The sky—and sea—is your limit.

The Hotel Joaquin property is flexible and can be configured to create the special moments you want to host. Brands have created gifting suites in a guest room that opens right out onto our deck; served branded coconuts by the pool, and even replaced our front desk sign with their own logoed sign. Skincare brands have stocked guestrooms with their products so influencers can stage their “get ready for bed with me” videos during their stay. Our restaurant, Saline, is at your disposal for a branded buyout. Some brands hold a first-night showcase for media and use the day to set up and personalize guest rooms for the next day arrival. We can connect you with our network of local event planners, wellness providers, florists, and other specialists to help create your vision.

Day 1
4 p.m. – Guests arrive and check in
6 p.m. – Welcome cocktail reception with passed hors d’oeuvres at the pool
7 p.m. – Farm-to-table dinner with wine pairing on the veranda
9 p.m. – After-dinner cocktails and charades in the living room

Day 2
8 a.m. – Brand-hosted morning yoga session
9 a.m. – Power breakfast with themed smoothie bowls and latte artist
10 a.m. – Panel discussion with Q&A on the lawn
12 p.m. – Sunkissed afternoon- Enjoy a taco and margarita bar at the pool
2 p.m. – Breakout sessions: Creative workshop, mindfulness workshop, and product experience station
7p.m. – Interactive dining experience on the veranda

Day 3
8 a.m. – Journaling and meditation at Shaw’s Cove
9 a.m. – Farewell breakfast with custom brand-themed station
11 a.m. – Closing session and farewell bouquet bar

Courtyard
Whether you’re hosting a chic dinner party, a vibrant brand activation, a serene wellness event, or a dreamy wedding reception, this serene space offers versatility and beauty. With lush greenery, ambient lighting, and a relaxed atmosphere, the courtyard sets the perfect stage for any celebration.

Pool
Our pool provides a stunning outdoor event space, where ocean views and Mediterranean-inspired design create a laid-back yet luxurious atmosphere. It’s an ideal setting for hosting stylish cocktail parties, intimate poolside dinners, or even yoga and wellness retreats by the water. With its peaceful ambiance and striking backdrop, the pool area transforms any event into a memorable coastal experience.

Living Room
Our living room and adjoining bar are casual meeting spaces that extend outdoors and feel like an airy, private beach estate. With its fireplace and ocean view, bar and outdoor deck, it’s the perfect space to host intimate talks and cocktail parties.
